Hannah Phalen

Hannah is passionate about educating herself about different cultures, feminism, and using the powers of the media to create positive social change. She has traveled to France, Japan, Mexico and Nicaragua. She is involved in her high school's Interact service club, women's advocacy, and promoting her beliefs and opinions online. Her goals for the year are to become fluent in Spanish, prepare for her major in Media Studies at UC Berkeley and expand the network of people she knows and can communicate with around the world.
