Jaelen Buxton-Punch

Jaelen originates from NYC, but has recently lived in both Alpharetta, GA, and Concord, NH. She is passionate about global health care equity, and equal and fair treatment for all regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, or ethnicity. She was recently president of her school's Young Democrats chapter, and member of the Advanced Debate Team, Gay Straight Alliance, and Student Cultural Alliance. Most time-consuming, however, is her dedication to political awareness for youth in the United States. Jaelen's ultimate goal for this year is to return to the states with a greater understanding of the similarities, rather than differences, that exist in Brazilian culture relative to that of the US.
