An Ode to my Bridge Year in Photographs

I’ve always been inspired by those “Photos-of-the-day” articles that surface, usually forgotten, as I peer through the headlines of Google News everyday. What does it take to get into those articles? Knowing someone? Being special? Trying really hard to get photographed by someone with an obviously high quality camera? Well, each of those has their own ramifications that I won’t get into now.

They too are probably not the answer I am looking for anyways, but I digress. What it probably amounts to is simply being someplace at the right time with a camera. I have had a few of those moments over the past few months.

So, here’s an ode to my bridge year in photographs!
