Hi everyone,
As you may( and should) know, I am starting my gap year with Global Citizen in Ecuador very very soon. I will be having an amazing and empowering experience and that is one of the reasons for what I am writing this blog.
So I will be sending you a new post once in a while to share what I am living and all my new adventures in Uruguay.
It has been a challenging and intense experience to get ready for Global Citizen, and I am really excited to start the next chapter of this adventure, my time in Ecuador. I am really looking forward to immerse myself in the community where I will live, explore other parts of myself that I have not done before and share my life for these months with people with other cultures and experiences. After being in a UWC school, I have learned a lot about the importance of knowing the people that make our world what it is and understand other perspectives. And I think that GCY will guide me to keep on doing that during this bridge year, and personally see how although I am from the same continent, latinoamerica, there are still so many differences in each countries cultures, and that is one of the things that I am aiming to experience.
I will intend to make my blog a bit more diverse, and add poems and drawings in my new blogs, so keep an eye on it! And I hope you enjoy it.

Como puede (y deberías) saber, estoy comenzando mi año sabático con Global Citizen en Ecuador muy muy pronto. Tendré una experiencia increíble y enriquecedora y esa es una de las razones por las que estoy escribiendo este blog.
Así que te enviaré una nueva publicación de vez en cuando para compartir lo que vivo y todas mis nuevas aventuras en Uruguay.
Ha sido una experiencia desafiante e intensa prepararse para Global Citizen, y estoy muy emocionado de comenzar el siguiente capítulo de esta aventura, mi tiempo en Ecuador. Tengo muchas ganas de sumergirme en la comunidad en la que viviré, explorar otras partes de mí misma que no he hecho antes y compartir mi vida durante estos meses con personas de otras culturas y con distintas vivencias. Después de estar en una escuela de UWC, aprendí mucho sobre la importancia de conocer a las personas que hacen que nuestro mundo sea lo que es y entender otras perspectivas. Y creo que GCY me guiará para seguir haciéndolo durante este año puente, y personalmente veré que aunque soy del mismo continente, latinoamérica, todavía hay tantas diferencias en las culturas de cada país, y esa es una de las cosas que aspiro a experimentar.
Voy a intentar que este blog sea un poco más diverso, y agregar poemas y dibujos en mis nuevos blogs, así que ¡fíjate! Y espero que lo disfrutes.
