This blog I’ve dedicated to my dear Napastafarians, who were an invaluable part of my Global Citizen Year experience. I learned so much from them, so much about empathy, curiosity, how to not take things at face value, and how to think in general.
I made a small video that includes a recording from a night during our first Regional Training Seminar, right after that scary Immersion Week in Napo. I remember feeling so happy to be with them, though I didn’t know them that well at the time, I think this was one of the first moments when I realized that I could make something in Ecuador. It gave me hope for the next 7 months, and it still gives me hope when I listen to it.
